Croci Valtolla

Skin contact wine – more commonly referred to as Orange wine – has been around for thousands of years in Eastern Europe, but has only recently gained popularity in North America, specifically amongst natural wine enthusiasts. Although skin contact wine comes in many styles and can possess a variety of characteristics, there is – in our opinion – no better place to start on the orange wine journey than with Croci’s Valtolla. The nose is bright and floral, reminiscent of a Northern French white, while the body and finish offer complexity and texture common of Sicilian Reds. Ice cold or room temp, Valtolla is the quintessential orange wine for both those well versed and just starting their journey of skin contact wines.
