Position: Social Media Content Creator (Energy Exchange Opportunity)

KX is looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media Content Creator to join our team. We are a dynamic establishment that has a genuine passion for transforming people’s health through exercise, therapy, and lifestyle. Best known for our 12-week Exercise and Lifestyle Coaching Program, we are a one-stop-shop for everything health. Our Coffee and Wine Bar are a reflection of what we advocate within our Programs and we hope you can help us showcase this!

We’re seeking individuals who are not only passionate about health but also understand the importance of quality and innovation. The ideal candidate should be adaptable to a changing industry, and excited to contribute to our brand story through engaging social media content.

Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Management to develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with the KX brand
- Create visually appealing and engaging content across various platforms (Instagram, Google, Website)
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and share updates
- Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the online community
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant content into our strategy
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in social media management or a related field
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
- Proficient in using iPhone or DSLR cameras for content creation. Must have a creative/photographic eye!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas
- Familiarity with exercise, coffee and the hospitality industry is a huge plus
