WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
Our Coffee/Wine Bar is open Sunday-Thursday from 8AM – 7PM and Friday-Saturday from 8AM – 11PM.
Our Health Facility is open on weekdays from 6AM – 8PM and on weekends from 7AM – 5PM.
You can order from our online shop anytime!
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? WHERE CAN I PARK?
We are located at 263 Davenport Road, Toronto, with the closest intersection being Davenport and Avenue Road.
We have 3 parking spots in the ‘Blinds to Go‘ lot, next door, which is marked with “KX” as appropriate spots to park.
DO YOU REQUIRE A VACCINATION CERTIFICATE TO GO INTO YOUR FACILITY?
For customers who are at the Coffee Bar and intend to be seated indoors, we require proof of vaccination, according to the government guidelines. For customers who want to sit outside or have their order for takeout do not require to prove vaccination status.
For patrons who want to come into the Health Facility, we do not require proof of vaccination.
WHAT COVID PRE-CAUTIONS ARE YOU FOLLOWING?
Outside of helping our clients stay healthy through our Exercise and Lifestyle Programs, we follow all recommended health guidelines (i.e sanitization practices, mask-wearing, appropriate social distancing, etc.). Our air-filtration system was installed brand new as of 2020 and is serviced every 3 months to ensure air quality is optimal.
IS THE PROGRAM ONLY FOR 12 WEEKS?
Nope! We welcome clients to continue training beyond the 12 Week Program in order to maintain their health goals.
WHAT DOES THE 12 WEEK PROGRAM COST?
The program cost is dependent on your health goals. We invite those who are interested to come in for a complimentary Initial Consultation to let us have a better understanding of your health goals and how we can help you. Until the Initial Health Consultation is complete should we be able to give you an approximate cost of investment. You can book by inquiring through our 12 Week Program Inquiry Form.
IF I GO AWAY DURING THE 12 WEEKS, WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY PROGRAM/SESSIONS?
If you go away for vacation or need a break, your sessions will remain on your account. There is no expiry to your sessions so you can continue training at your convenience.
IT’S MY FIRST VISIT. WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
For Initial Health Consultations, you should make sure you are wearing athletic wear as you will be completing a Functional Movement Assessment for 10-15 minutes of the appointment. Ensure that you have completed the Health Assessment form sent to your email as well.
For Initial RMT or FST Assessments, make sure you have filled out the form sent to your email and wear athletic attire.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We require at least 24-hour notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please email email@example.com.
