This helps determine whether the 8-Week Nutrition & Lifestyle Program is the right fit for you.

Your program begins with a comprehensive initial appointment.

This will include:

  • Review of your health goals
  • Nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle assessment
  • Sleep and stress review
  • Digestive health review
  • 14 point Metabolic Assessment
  • Personalized recommendations

This gives us a clearer picture of your current metabolic health and what areas may need the most support.

Your practitioner will create a Health Improvement Plan based on your goals, symptoms, lifestyle, and Metabolic Analysis results.

Your plan may include simple nutrient repletion protocols and other lifestyle habits to support hormonal and metabolic health.

The plan is designed to be clear, realistic, and sustainable — not overly restrictive.

Over the 8 weeks, you will complete follow-up appointments to review your progress and adjust your plan.

Your Metabolic Analysis data helps us assess whether your body is moving in the right direction.

We look at:

  • Changes in fat mass
  • Muscle maintenance or gain
  • Body composition trends
  • Energy and recovery
  • Digestion and bloating

For clients who want a deeper internal view, Functional Blood Testing may be recommended.

This can help assess areas such as:
