A complete, concierge-style approach to functional health — combining expert coaching, therapy, and analysis for lasting results.

Work one-on-one with our team to rebuild movement patterns, improve strength, and achieve measurable progress. Every session is tailored to your goals and updated weekly based on performance data.

Our Nutritionist uses Metabolic Analysis to measure 14 key hormonal sites on the body—revealing where fat tends to accumulate and what that says about your unique metabolic profile.

We begin with a comprehensive Functional Movement Assessment, Osteopathic Screen, and Metabolic Analysis to establish your baseline. Throughout your program, we re-assess regularly to track progress and ensure consistent, measurable improvements in strength, mobility, and body composition.

Our therapists — specializing in Osteopathy, Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), and Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) — work hand-in-hand with your coach to address mobility restrictions, pain, and alignment issues. This integrated approach keeps your body balanced, resilient, and performing at its best.

Your progress is continuously monitored across nutrition, metabolic health, exercise performance, and movement quality. We reassess weekly to keep you aligned with your goals — providing clear feedback, measurable results, and the accountability needed to stay consistent.

Identify nutrient deficiencies at the cellular level through comprehensive Functional Blood Testing. Using these insights, our team creates a personalized IV Therapy treatment plan designed to correct imbalances, optimize recovery, and enhance overall health outcomes.

Clients train at least 2–3 times per week for 55-minute Exercise Coaching sessions, with additional lifestyle guidance built into your routine. Our team will help you create a realistic schedule that works for you.

Most clients experience up to 2% body fat loss per week and up to 2 lbs of lean muscle gain, along with improved mobility, posture, and energy. Results vary based on consistency and individual goals, but measurable progress is guaranteed.

We’re located at 263 Davenport Road in Toronto, by appointment only. The environment is private, professional, and designed for focused one-on-one training.

Our integrated team of Kinesiologists, Osteopaths, FST, and MAT practitioners works alongside your coach to address mobility restrictions, alignment issues, or pain, keeping you exercising safely and effectively.

We offer several program options based on your health goals and training frequency. We ask clients to commit to at least 2 sessions per week to ensure meaningful progress toward their health goals. All programs include assessments, personalized programming, and ongoing progress tracking. Exact pricing is discussed during your Initial Consultation, where we’ll review your goals and recommend the best option for you.

Yes — depending on your insurance plan and coverage, many components (such as Kinesiologist, Nutritionist, and  Osteopathic Manual Practioner) may be eligible for reimbursement. We don’t offer direct billing, but we’re happy to provide detailed invoices and receipts.

Unfortunately not — all sessions at KX Yorkville are by appointment only. Our facility is designed for private, coach-led training to ensure every session is purposeful, personalized, and aligned with your program goals.

The first 12 Weeks is designed to create measurable results and establish strong lifestyle foundations. Many clients choose to continue beyond the first 12 weeks, progressing into ongoing coaching or maintenance phases to keep advancing their goals and sustain long-term results.
