Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Chiropractic Doctor to join our team. If you are passionate about helping others, have an interest in strength training, are motivated to help build a high-level and busy practice, are organized and are keen on working with an exceptional team of healthcare practitioners, and understand the value of integrative patient care, we want to hear from you!

Core Responsibilities

• Evaluate and conduct physical client Health History and Health Assessments to determine suitable treatment plans
• Perform chiropractic adjustments to alleviate musculoskeletal conditions and improve patient mobility.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals.
• Provide patient education on proper posture, ergonomics, exercise, and lifestyle modifications for long-term wellness.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Uphold professional ethics and standards, including patient confidentiality and informed consent.
• Manage administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid license to practice chiropractic in Ontario, issued by the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO).
• Completion of an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) program from a recognized institution.
• Good standing with the CCO, including compliance with continuing education requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency in conducting thorough patient assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.
