What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, food, and drinks to the highest quality standards
- Act as a Member Experience Concierge, greeting members and ensuring they feel supported and valued
- Acquire and receive inquiries about services—helping connect interested members with the right KX team members
- Share the story and culture of KX in your interactions with customers through takeout and dine-in
- Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar environment
- Handle cash and credit payments accurately
- Support daily operations, including assisting with prep, laundry, etc.
- Cultivate relationships with members, becoming a familiar and trusted part of their day
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

What You Bring
- 1+ years of Barista experience in a specialty coffee or high-end hospitality environment
- 1+ years of Customer service experience in a hospitality-driven setting
- Strong technical skills: dialing in espresso, precise milk steaming, latte art preferred
- Smart Serve Certification (required)
- Weekend availability
