- Can dedicate 55 minutes, 2-4 times a week to exercise
- Are willing to adhere to the program 80% of the time

Exercise
- Work 1-on-1 with an Exercise Coach
- Receive individualized workout programs designed to increase strength and maximize fat loss
- Train at the times that work with your schedule; anytime between 6am to 8pm.
Nutrition & Lifestyle
- Learn dietary and nutrient guidelines specific for fat loss
- Manage inflammation and improve digestion
- Increase energy by stabilizing your blood sugar
