Our 12-week program is designed to completely transform your life.

Sign-up if you:

  • Are in the downtown Toronto area
  • Want to lose unwanted body fat and add lean muscle
  • Can dedicate 55 minutes, 2-4 times a week to exercise
  • Are willing to adhere to the program 80% of the time
  • Are ready to completely transform your body

Exercise

  • Work 1-on-1 with an Exercise Coach
  • Receive individualized workout programs designed to increase strength and maximize fat loss
  • Train at the times that work with your schedule; anytime between 6am to 8pm.

Nutrition & Lifestyle

  • Learn dietary and nutrient guidelines specific for fat loss
  • Manage inflammation and improve digestion
  • Increase energy by stabilizing your blood sugar
